It seems like cars in Bishkek go through a daily process of multiplication. Car jams became normal daily phenomena and for a pedestrian it might take a couple of minutes to cross a street. Despite the fact that drivers should make a way for pedestrians, I get an impression that they don’t know the rule, or simply do a great job ignoring it. They would not stop. Forget it, they would not even slow down. Often while crossing roads a thought runs through my head “who wins the battle this time”. So far I did!
